Gospel Partnerships: A gospel-partnership is intentional and defined cooperation between Breath of Life International and a local/global individual, team, church, or organization because of the gospel and for the strategic advance of the gospel in demonstrating and proclaiming the gospel of Jesus across the street, across communities, across cities, across countries, across the globe.

At Breath of Life International, we believe that gospel-partnerships are biblical. Although partnerships between local churches and mission organizations are visible throughout Acts and in Paul’s letters, partnership language is especially evoked throughout Paul’s letter to a local church in Philippi:

•         “…because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now” (1:5)

•         “…for I know that through your prayers and the help of the Spirit of Christ this will turn out for my deliverance…” (1:19)

•         “…striving side-by-side for the faith of the gospel…” (1:27)

•         “Yet it was kind of you to share my trouble. And you Philippians yourselves know that in the beginning of the gospel, when I left Macedonia, no church entered into partnership with me in giving and receiving, except you only.” (4:14- 15)

At Breath of Life International, we also believe that gospel-partnerships are practical. We cannot finish the task of making disciples of all nations by ourselves, but in partnership. The commission to make disciples of all nations (Mt. 28:18-20) is too expansive for any one church or organization to accomplish on their own.
